lagreenteam.fr initiative launching

Always on the lookout for an event on the green business theme, we attended this morning the official launch of the project lagreenteam.fr at La Cantine.
Following a reflection on loneliness, lack of resources faced by some independent consultants, Pascal Minguet and Cyril Jacque launched this initiative to create a company on a cooperative model to offer a brand and billing services to individual consultants. On the other hand, this cooperative company would be able to meet the various demands on the market of advice and assistance to sustainable development.
This kind of initiative is totally in the spirit of the popular phrase “Unity is strength”. It seeks to assemble a team of volunteers around a single repository, while preserving their freedom of action.
The breakfast launch was an opportunity for us to discover the lagreenteam.fr foundation process and two partner companies that are Verteego (web platform of self-reporting about sustainable development, we had already spoken here) and YouLink (the first collaborative search engine).
In the room were people with very different profiles, from high school to university cursus and in areas ranging from environment to trade.
In short, a rewarding time for discussion and dialogue and an ambitious project that we will observe carefully in the coming months!

“Vive les éco-entrepreneurs !” Event

On the eve of 9 December 2008, we learnt that a conference on eco-entrepreneurship was organized by the Jeune Pousse team in the ESCP-EAP premises.
We therefore unhesitatingly participated in this event whom highlighted companies as Avenir Investir(thermal engineering firm specializing in the energetic improvement of buildings), Sineo (a car washing service without water, won the Entreprise d’Avenir award 2008), and Greenzer (an eco-shopping portal).
Each of the speakers told us of course about his experience as an entrepreneur, but adding the color of innovation in the field of sustainable development. As usual, this event was followed by a small snack which enabled us to exchange and know a little better the projects owned by people in the room and on the stage!
We thank the Jeune Pousse team that has managed to organize this conference successfully!
