Hop-Cube’s delivers first client!

The whole team is excited to announce qu’Hop-Cube delivers its services to a first client!

That announcement is reassuring and exciting at the same time. That will push us to be even more involved in the adventure Hop Cube in the coming weeks!

As part of the realization of our project called “Hop-Score”, which allows to associate an environmental indicator for each consumer product, we established a close co-development relationship that enables us to test our product “for real”.

For now, we can’t reveal the name of this mysterious partner, but we will soon announce the public launch of our widget on its online platform!

We’re looking for a business trainee!

As the activity of Hop-Cube intensify, we need the help of an intern with a commercial / marketing speciality, if possible, having had the experience in webmarketing. As a startup, Hop-Cube offers a large range of missions, including:

Define and implement a communication strategy targeted
Enrich platform targeted content
Implement web-ranking campaigns
Assist in designing the communication media

The trainee will be under the responsibility of the Sales Manager but will have to operate at the level of overall activity of the company.

We are looking for someone from a business school, naturally proactive, independent and with strong relationship skill. The knowledge of the web environement and / or the world of sustainable development are a plus.

Growth and Innovation Day 2009: a frank success for Hop-Cube!

As we announced some time ago, Hop-Cube was invited to participate in the Growth and Innovation Day 2009 held on 5 March in Brussels. Organized by Microsoft, it was a full day of lectures on the theme of innovation at the European level, providing an opportunity for participants to visit a salon with plenty of exhibitors which are parts of the Microsoft ecosystem.

Throughout the day, we have seen personalities including Alexandr Vondra, as deputy Prime Minister for European affairs, Meglena Kuneva, European Commissioner for Consumer Protection and Viviane Reding, European Commissioner responsible for Information Society and Media.

But beyond these “stars” of EU policy, we had the opportunity to meet directors of Europe as well as professors of recognized universities (Cambridge, Maastricht) interested in new technology and the environment .

This show was an opportunity for Microsoft to show its commitment to support for innovation in European countries based on 4 themes: education, environnemental, innovation and future for the Internet, and health. The press was of course invited to cover this event and we had the honor to respond to questions of journalists from The Tribune and CNN.

We remain a very good impression of the event, organized by Microsoft with accuracy, allowing us to communicate and network at a European level!
